The service was good, nothing to complain about. My triple room with shower, bedroom, as for instance was silent.

We had an excellent stay on winter time.

The staff was polite, we had an easy check-in. The breakfast was fine and included.

The hotel met standards, it was a perfectly pleasant stay on winter time. The location was magnificent and perfect, near city centre! Went to Winehouse Osteria for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walk from the property. The room was silent and fancy included an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and a work desk.

I had a double room and it was trendy with a hot shower as well as 3 separate beds.

Everything was nice, particularly good location near Grand Place, the staff were exceptional. I was upgraded to a silent queen room with 3 beds. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator too.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the main train station and the city center. The staff at the hotel were helpful in guiding me to the best local restaurants and attractions. The inclusion of breakfast was a nice bonus, although it's advisable to get there early to ensure a good selection. The room itself had clean white bed linen and the towels were changed daily. Despite a few minor issues, the hotel offered reasonable value for the price, especially considering the expensive nature of Brussels.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. The first was the drainy smell in the reception area, which was a bit off-putting.

It was fairly close to the Grand Place, the room was clean and the breakfast was nice. We were leaving early (before 7am) and the night receptionist was very accommodating. He served us breakfast 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.

The day receptionist could have provided a friendlier service. There were also problems with the room key. A couple we were staying with at the same hotel, were also unable to open their room and a locksmith had to be called. They had to wait a couple of hours after a their trip to Bruges. We almost lost our dinner reservation.

Their breakfast, varied and with quite good choice.

I did not like waiting when arriving at 15:30, particularly when arriving in the room where a poster says you will be charged for an additional night if you haven't left the room by 11:30. The poor maid must be overworked, dealing with two hotels at the same time. Because that was the explanation given why the room wasn't ready..

there were comfortable beds and an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and a work desk inside the room. pleased it had a bath. location: the hotel was right by the center of the city and the tourist areas in brussels.

The staff were quite rude, didn't expect that coming.

Our whole experience was perfectly pleasant, totally recommend. Everything was very good, with very attentive staff, met standards. The room was well-equipped and well heated and having an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and a work desk in it was handy.

The room was clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel was centrally located, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The facilities were outdated and in need of renovation. The room had poor insulation, making it noisy and hard to sleep at times.
